Calf and thigh massage
Our calf and thigh massage is designed to reduce muscle tension and improve blood circulation in the legs. The massage begins with soft strokes to warm up the muscles, followed by deeper kneading to release tension in both the calf and thigh muscles. Focus is placed on relieving stiffness, especially in the large muscle groups such as hamstrings and quadriceps in the thighs, as well as the calf muscles. The massage may also include techniques to reduce swelling and increase flexibility in the legs. The treatment concludes with relaxing strokes to promote complete relaxation.
Practical information
- The massage lasts for 25 minutes, and we recommend that you arrive a few minutes before your appointment to relax and prepare yourself.
- Please remove clothing from your upper and lower body, as well as jewelry and watch. Underwear must be kept on. You can choose whether to keep your bra on.
- During the massage, we will regularly check with you if the pressure is right and if you are comfortable.
